How JobNavigator works

The flow, start to finish
1. Describe what you want
Free text — role, seniority, industry, location, salary. An AI review step tightens up vague wording before you confirm and save it.
2. AI scores every posting
Postings are pulled from multiple job boards and scored against your criteria — each gets a match score and a one-line reason.
3. Filtered to what's relevant
Non-remote jobs stay within your search radius (default 25 mi) and posted within your freshness window (default 5 days) — both configurable in Preferences.
4. You like, skip, and track
Liked jobs land on your Task Board (to apply → applied → interviewing → offer). Skips teach the AI what to avoid next time.
What happens after you like a job
Move a job through these stages yourself on your Task Board — or mark it "no longer interested" at any point.
